Job summary

Demant is seeking a Senior HR Process & Transformation Specialist to join its HR Process Excellence team. You will drive global-to-local HR transformation, map AS-IS processes and run Fit-Gap workshops with diverse stakeholders across countries.

You will ensure readiness, knowledge transfer and sustainable adoption while shaping the global process taxonomy and governance within an international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR process transformation with mapping and governance.
• 5+ years in HR operations or shared services.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and facilitating workshops.
• Bachelor/Master degree and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR process transformation projects from planning through implementation.
• Lead AS-IS mapping and Fit-Gap workshops translating outcomes to actions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, IT and service-delivery teams to resolve gaps.
• Drive operational readiness, knowledge transfer and adoption.
• Develop future-state process maps, controls and governance.
• Contribute to global HR Process Excellence taxonomy and standards.
