Job summary

Strada is seeking a Senior HR & Payroll Specialist with Dutch to accurately support the Dutch payroll lifecycle and collaborate with the payroll team. The role includes upskilling colleagues through training and coaching while championing process improvements and innovation.

You will handle payroll tasks end-to-end, support client engagements, and participate in go-lives and project activities in a multinational setting, with remote work options and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of payroll experience in HR outsourcing or corporate environments.
• Fluent English and Dutch (B2 minimum).
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Dutch payroll and payroll team per defined standards.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and manage client escalations with corrective actions.
• Provide training and coaching to colleagues to enable role fulfillment and drive innovation.
