Job summary

Strada, a global leader in people, payroll and technology, is seeking a payroll and data management specialist to support and execute payroll activities and related services with accuracy and on-time delivery. You may focus on payroll and/or customer services and support multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, drive process improvements and automation, and ensure compliance with applicable legislation

• 100% Attainment of customer SLA agreements.
• Demonstrate professionalism and act responsibly.
• Adherence to Security and Compliance procedures and quality standards.
• Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Managers with client engagement ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time.
• Provide support and guidance for implementations and go lives.
• Provide daily functional support to the teams, to support payroll delivery and end-to-end payroll process.
• Maintain the Client Solution workbook and process documentation.
• Sign Off System Maintenance Testing and review of the Statement of Works.
• Drive automation, optimization and upskill the team through training and coaching.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address process gaps and client issues.
