Support Speedy in Poland is seeking an HR Officer to manage HR operations and strategy, focusing on accountability, engagement, and reliable HRIS management. The role supports career development and leadership in HR initiatives.

You will oversee onboarding/offboarding, performance management, rewards, employee relations, organizational development, and recruitment support, with data-driven reporting to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong background in career growth pathing, employee engagement, and managing HRIS systems.

Aufgaben

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes including exit interviews.
• Ensure HRIS accuracy, generate reports and train employees on system functionalities.
• Implement career development plans, manage PIPs and handle appraisals.
• Manage compensation, benefits and HMO programs, ensuring market competitiveness.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, address concerns and resolve grievances.
• Drive organizational development initiatives and team-building activities.
• Collaborate with recruitment on hiring plans and ensure seamless onboarding.
• Analyze HR data to provide insights on retention, engagement and performance to leadership.
