Job summary

Swarovski is hiring a Senior Employee Lifecycle Specialist in Poland to support HR processes across the full employee journey. You’ll handle payroll-related activities, bonuses, attendance, hires, changes, and separations while delivering timely, high-quality service to employees and managers.

You’ll maintain data quality in Workday and attendance systems, run reports, and contribute to global HR projects. A strong analytical mindset and Excel mastery are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday) and ServiceNow.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; strong Excel skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to interface across all levels of the organization.
• Innovative, proactive mindset and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Performing employee lifecycle processes from hire to retire (payroll support, bonuses, time and attendance, hires, separations, changes to working hours).
• Delivering best-in-class HR service to employees and managers; answer inquiries and ensure accurate data processing.
• Maintaining data quality in HR systems (Workday) and time/attendance systems; running reports.
• Calculating bonuses and preparing payroll-related calculations; reconciling time and attendance.
• Delivering HR presentations and participating in global/local HR projects.
• Updating operating manuals and creating knowledge articles.
