IQVIA in Warsaw is seeking an experienced HR Partner to advise management and employees across service areas, fostering an attractive workplace and driving HR programs regionally. This hybrid role requires attending the Warsaw office two days per week and partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver outcomes.
You will coach and guide junior HR staff, analyze data for fact-based decisions, and support managers in talent retention, performance, and engagement.
Provide comprehensive HR support, advise and expertise to management and employees across assigned service areas, business units or departments, either locally or regionally. Take an active part in the building of an attractive workplace where employees want to work and go above and beyond. Provide support and guidance to less experienced members of an HR team in their day-to-day roles. Support the continuous improvement of the HR function through development and implementation of HR programs and projects in an assigned geography or business line.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł140,000.00 - zł259,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
