Concentrix is seeking a Junior People Solutions Business Partner in Warsaw to partner with leadership and support our Operations team. This role focuses on aligning people strategies with business goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.

You will act as the local HR contact, provide guidance on grievances, absence management, and wellbeing, and help drive engagement and performance through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, law or related field.
• Strong understanding of labor law and HR practice.
• Fluency in English (B2) and Polish (written and spoken).
• Confidential handling of sensitive information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Be the local HR contact for all employees to foster growth and a stellar workplace experience.
• Provide guidance on grievance resolution, discipline, absence management, and wellbeing.
• Suggest and implement improvements to boost engagement and culture.
• Monitor HR metrics like absence and attrition; analyze trends and address shifts.
• Participate in performance reviews to support employee growth.

• Be the Face of HR: You'll be the local contact for all employees, offering expertise on all people-related matters to foster organisational growth and a stellar workplace experience.
• Expert Guidance: Provide valuable advice and support on various HR topics, including grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, absence management, and employee wellbeing, ensuring our team feels supported every step of the way.
• Enhance Employee Experience: Proactively suggest and implement improvements to boost employee engagement and satisfaction throughout their journey with us, promoting an open and transparent culture.
• Data-Driven Insights: Monitor key HR metrics like absence and attrition rates. Analyze trends to identify shifts in performance and develop effective solutions to maintain optimal team dynamics.
• Support Performance Growth: Participate in performance reviews, helping our team members grow and succeed in their roles.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold our company policies and procedures, ensuring all HR practices are in line with our standards and values.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field - nice to have
• Expert Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor law and experience in a similar HR role.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (B2) and Polish, both spoken and written.
• People Skills: Exceptional management abilities with a high level of empathy, approachability, and an open personality.
• Discretion: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with the utmost integrity.
