IMI plc in Poland is looking for an HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across Finance, IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain. You'll provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle and collaborate with the international HR community.

This hybrid role combines work from home with the Ruda Śląska and Olkusz offices. A bachelor’s or master’s in HR or related field is required, and English proficiency is essential.

Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across Finance, IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

Working closely with local leaders, you will provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle while collaborating with the wider international HR community and Group functions.
