Job summary

Responsibilities

• Participate in regular analyses with Engagement Teams on services and projects.
• Prepare complex settlements and handle billing activities including invoicing.
• Create interfirm statements and manage related documentation.
• Support system-side initiation of processes (PACE & AML).
• Keep Client Information up to date in CRM; set up Engagement Codes.
• Provide process-related analysis and reporting on ongoing projects.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices; stay connected with experts.

Your key responsibilities

• Capturing and maintaining opportunities, projects in the dedicated system
• Support with the technical implementation in the respective tools
• Support in pricing, budgeting and forecasting
• Regular proactive analysis, discussion, evaluation with Engagement Teams around services and projects provided for the clients
• Preparation of complex settlements
• Carry out Billing activities such as creation of invoices and handling shipping
• Creation of interfirm statements

Engagement Management Support for system-related topics of engagement management:

• Support in the system-side initiation of the PACE & AML process
• Keeping Client Information up to date in dedicated CRM Database
• Setup Engagement Code
• Provide process related analysis on ongoing projects (reporting)
• Encouraging knowledge sharing and sharing best practices
• Stay connected with the business and functional experts

People Management & team management:

• Build and maintain strong team’s culture
• Oversee team performance and embed Exceptional Client Service (ECS)
• Identify training needs and manage team resources for new initiatives
• Develop service strategies
• Drive individual development and ensure performance management is in place

• You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality is one of your strong side

To qualify for the role, you must have

• You are fluent in German language (written and oral)
• You have a good English knowledge (written and oral)
• You possess a good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent communications and organizational skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Self-educate and seek additional knowledge
• Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within deadlines
