Job summary

Innovas is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior HR Manager to design and scale people programs, policies, and processes. You will own HR infrastructure from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring culture and employee experience are central while supporting growth across multi-state operations.

You’ll partner with leadership to strengthen talent development, performance, and HR analytics, driving a proactive, compliant, and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior generalist or HR Manager roles
• Experience supporting startup and high-growth environments, helping scale from early-stage to 200+ employees
• Hands-on ownership of building policies, processes, and programs from scratch
• Deep generalist expertise across core HR disciplines
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex employee relations
• Experience directly managing and developing employees or small teams

Responsibilities

• Design and build policies, processes, and programs to support a growing organization
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, HRIS, DEI, and total rewards initiatives
• Develop metrics, reporting, and analytics to inform leadership decisions
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and compliance
• Partner with managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness and learning
• Evolve hiring practices and candidate experience as the organization grows
• Ensure HR operations scale with multi-state or distributed workforce
