Deloitte Central Europe is seeking a Senior IT Application Specialist – HR Applications to advise on SAP HCM processes and guide the transition toward SAP SuccessFactors. You will translate business requirements into robust system solutions, develop clear documentation, and provide user support across HR applications.

You will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs while maintaining high standards of accuracy and usability.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP HCM in HR/ERP environments.
• Ability to translate HR requirements into functional system solutions.
• Experience documenting and supporting HR applications.
• Excellent communication with HR and IT stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide troubleshooting and post-implementation support across HR applications.
• Act as a functional expert for SAP HCM and expand knowledge across HR applications.
• Partner with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities and deliver system enhancements.
• Translate HR requirements into clear functional and system solutions and explain system behavior simply.
• Analyze existing HR processes and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors as needed.
• Support testing, change implementation, and rollout activities.
• Contribute to the SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors transition as needed.
