HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Business Services Poland) is seeking a Senior Hire to Retire Lead to oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, changes, leaves and exits, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and local business needs.

You will manage a team, monitor SLAs and KPIs, uphold privacy and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across Hire to Retire processes using data analytics and collaboration with OpCos and Centers of Excellence.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management.
• 3–5 years of experience in team management with leadership and coaching skills.
• Proven track record in optimizing and scaling service delivery for HR processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Hire to Retire processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end Hire to Retire support and lifecycle services.
• Manage team capacity, workload and priorities.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs and escalate as needed.
• Ensure privacy, compliance and four-eye controls.
• Maintain People Function knowledge base and process documentation.
• Contribute to HBS Knowledge Management and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to standardise Hire to Retire processes.
• Use data analytics to support decision-making and improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate with OpCos, Centers of Excellence and Tier 1 teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement Hire to Retire programs.
• Act as advisor to business leaders on Hire to Retire cases.
• Lead, coach and develop the Hire to Retire team.
• Foster collaboration, innovation and accountability.
• Drive capability-building within the team.
