Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) is hiring a Hire To Retire Coordinator to manage onboarding, changes, and exits with accuracy and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

In this role you will resolve Tier 2 HTR requests, monitor SLAs, and collaborate with stakeholders using SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and MS Office to streamline processes and reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience handling complex lifecycle or organizational data processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Multilingual communication: English and Czech/Slovak or Hungarian.
• Knowledge of HTR processes and enabling technologies (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Strong operational and service-delivery focus.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Resolving complex Tier 2 HTR requests, tickets, and cases.
• Using analytics tools to track HR metrics and support decisions.
• Monitoring SLAs and escalating breaches.
• Ensuring privacy, compliance, first-time-right and four-eye checks.
• Managing organizational structure changes and master data updates.
• Handling onboarding, assignments and end-of-employment administration.
• Managing complex leave and absence cases.
• Processing employee exits and ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Preparing and reviewing high criticality documents and approvals.
• Maintaining audit records and compliance documentation.
• Maintaining People Function knowledge base, FAQs and HTR documentation.
• Contributing to Knowledge Management and process improvements.
• Partnering with stakeholders to address HR needs.
• Collaborating with team for consistent process execution.
• Identifying issues and supporting process standardisation.
• Using SAP SuccessFactors and related tools to reduce manual work.
• Coordinating tasks within HTR, Recruitment and Onboarding services.
