Job summary

Synergy Codes is seeking a senior marketer to drive product-market success across three products: Workflow Builder, Overflow, and ngDiagram. You’ll own positioning, growth experiments and end-to-end GTM initiatives, building brands and accelerators for consulting and development services.

You’ll craft messaging, design go-to-market strategies, build funnels from scratch, run paid, organic, outbound and community campaigns, and collaborate closely with engineering for demos and docs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B/SaaS product marketing or growth marketing for technology products
• Proven track record building and executing GTM strategies for new products/startups
• Experience with SEO, content strategy, or digital PR
• Strong analytical skills and KPI measurement
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in marketing workflows
• Excellent English (C1 or higher) — global operations

Responsibilities

• Define positioning, messaging, and value proposition
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies
• Build marketing funnels from scratch
• Run and optimize experiments across paid, organic, outbound, and community
• Create marketing assets and content (articles, case studies, landing pages, emails)
• Develop and execute SEO and content strategies
• Plan and coordinate PR activities and thought leadership
• Collaborate with engineering on demos, documentation and GitHub presence
• Support community-led growth initiatives and coordinate meetups with partners
