Job summary

Appsilon is seeking a Growth/Go-to-Market leader to build and optimize pipeline, run GTM experiments, and collaborate across Marketing, Sales and Delivery. You will test new acquisition channels, influence messaging, and own parts of the commercial funnel for enterprise pharma and life sciences clients.

You will work with senior leadership to shape Appsilon's GTM motions, while driving international outreach and ensuring successful handovers into the sales process.

Qualifications

• Experience with GTM strategy and multi-channel outreach.
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales/marketing pipeline.
• Experience in B2B technology, software services or SaaS.
• Comfort with independent work and ownership.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve Appsilon's lead generation engine.
• Design and run GTM experiments and multi-channel outreach.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Delivery to convert awareness to opportunities.
• Lead commercial conversations and ensure smooth handover of opportunities.
• Manage GTM motions and CRM workflows; monitor campaign performance.
