Job summary

Tripledot Studios, a leading independent mobile games company, is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to own user acquisition across a portfolio of titles. You will plan, execute and optimise UA campaigns at scale, coordinating with Product, Monetisation, Creative and Analytics to drive sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and thinks strategically about how UA connects to overall game performance.

Qualifications

3+ years in mobile user acquisition and ad buying at scale in gaming.
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
Strategic mindset for innovative UA strategies and market adaptation.
Experience coordinating with Product, Monetisation, Creative and BI teams.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute and optimise UA campaigns across social media, SDK networks, DSPs and incentivised channels.
Own budgets with accountability for ROI and spend allocation across channels.
Analyse game performance and surface actionable insights.
Collaborate with BI to surface trends and share findings with teams.
Partner with Creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and assets.
Drive experimentation across UA strategies for IAA and hybrid games.
