Huuuge Games in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the continued success of one of our biggest mobile titles. This role combines hands-on product leadership with a data-driven approach to maximize engagement and monetization across live games.

You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of core features, translate insights into roadmaps, and collaborate with Production, Design, Monetization, and Analytics to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in mobile games.
Strong knowledge of KPIs for retention, engagement, and monetization.
Experience with feature optimization and A/B testing.
Data-driven mindset and ability to interpret analytics dashboards.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ownership mentality and ability to deliver measurable results in fast-paced environments.
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Own vision, strategy, and execution of core features to boost engagement and monetization.
Translate goals into actionable roadmaps with Production, Design, Monetization, Analytics.
Analyze KPIs and test results to inform data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with Content, UI, Economy, Marketing for cohesive experiences.
Drive end-to-end product delivery from ideation to live operations.
Monitor market trends and player feedback for opportunities.
Advocate for the voice of the player while achieving business goals.
