Job summary

Tripledot Studios is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to partner with hiring managers, ensuring top-tier candidates and a personalized interview experience. The role focuses on high-quality hiring across creative, technical, operational and commercial teams, with a data-driven approach to drive efficiency.

You will work to build strong relationships, manage stakeholders, and leverage our employer brand to attract premier talent in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems and other standard aspects of Talent Acquisition.
• Experience hiring for technical and hard to fill roles.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Russian; clear, professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Studio leads to advise on best practices and strategies for an in-house service.
• Provide an industry-leading candidate and hiring manager experience to help hire and onboard high-value talent.
• Maintain data across the Applicant Tracking System, Requisition Tracker, LinkedIn Projects and Job Briefing records.
• Support recruitment for multiple departments across creative, technical, operational, commercial and marketing roles.
• Implement processes that connect candidates, hiring managers and HR teams for fast, collaborative hires.
• Engage with top talent directly, leveraging EVP and employer brand to minimise agency spend.
• Benchmark external talent availability to ensure competitive offers.
• Create and update talent maps across hard-to-hire, technical and strategic roles.
• Identify workflow improvements and contribute to system enhancements.
