Manago AI, a Kraków-based Customer Engagement Platform, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate visuals across the funnel—from landing pages to decks and videos. You will work with performance marketing, content, web, and sales teams to define creative direction and deliver high-impact visuals that win attention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer in SaaS or B2B tech.
• Portfolio with landing pages, editorial content, decks and sales materials.
• Proven ability to design landing pages that convert; strong UX and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with Figma and website builders is a plus.
• Strong editorial design skills for white papers, case studies, ebooks.
• Deck design skills to create persuasive presentations and sales materials.
• Basic video editing for short social formats (Premiere Pro, CapCut).
• Expertise in data visualization and infographics.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative direction and execution of visual content across web, digital, and print.
• Design high-converting landing pages for campaigns and product launches.
• Create white papers, ebooks, and case studies with visual storytelling and data visuals.
• Build presentation decks and sales materials to support the sales team.
• Produce short videos for social media and product showcases.
• Drive design for marketing campaigns and assets across channels.
• Stay ahead of design trends and explore AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation.
