Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in a business/ Contracts/Finance environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required or equivalent
• Experience in government contracts and related procurement/financial analysis preferred

Responsibilities

• Assesses process risks and control adequacy
• Leads coordination with internal disciplines
• Leads coordination of special requests for approval and interpretation of contractual matters
• Performs due diligence and integration of newly acquired entities to ensure contracting policies are followed
• Develops guidance related to new contractual regulatory requirements
• Monitors compliance with contracts and company policies
