Job summary

Cameo Consulting Group is seeking multiple experienced Contract Specialists to support a pivotal five-year contract with a key federal client, specializing in Construction and Architect-Engineer (A&E) services. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the full federal acquisition lifecycle for complex construction and A&E projects.

This remote/telework position requires the ability to obtain a HSPD-12 PIV badge and pass an ethical/character clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution with 24 semester hours in business disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of Federal Government Contracting experience.
Minimum 5 years in specialized construction contracting.
Minimum 3 years in A&E contracting.

Responsibilities

Manage pre-award and post-award contracting for construction and A&E services.
Develop acquisition strategies, solicitations, and justifications.
Conduct source selection, negotiate costs, and prepare award documents.
Administer contracts including modifications, compliance monitoring, and closeouts.
Provide expert FAR compliance and agency supplements guidance.
