Moniepoint Inc. is recruiting a Senior Manager to own the end-to-end Google acquisition channel for personal and business banking products. You will design the channel architecture, set budgets and bidding, and partner with data science to optimize LTV/CAC in emerging markets.

The role requires deep Google Ads expertise, a strong measurement stack, and experience managing large fintech budgets. You will influence governance and reporting across stakeholders in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on paid acquisition experience, with strong Google UAC/App Campaigns background.
• Deep technical knowledge of Google campaign infrastructure: bidding, audiences, and Smart Bidding.
• Proven ability to architect and own Firebase/GA4/GTM/Conversions APIs measurement stack.
• Fluency in LTV/CAC modelling and budget-driven decision making.
• Experience in fintech/financial services and regulatory awareness.
• Experience managing annual budgets >$10M.

Responsabilités

• Design and own the full Google channel strategy across UAC, App Campaigns, Performance Max, and Search for personal and business banking.
• Build and maintain campaign structures optimized for dual-product funnel with clear signal separation.
• Set bidding strategies, budgets, and testing cycles to reduce dependence on single signals.
• Own campaign performance end-to-end from brief to launch to optimization and reporting.
• Architect and own measurement stack: Firebase/GA4, GTM, Conversion APIs, and server-side data pipelines.
• Governance: establish reporting cadence and clear ownership; translate performance into business impact.
