Job summary

Clera Labs, Inc. is seeking an experienced digital advertiser to own Google Ads for its AI-focused B2B software product. You will build, optimize, and scale the program end to end, collaborating with landing pages and signup owners to drive paying customers.

The role emphasizes measurement, experiments, and conversion optimization across channels, with weekly reporting on CAC and pipeline contribution. Remote-friendly with potential Europe/US options.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of paid search experience, with at least 4 years in paid search roles.
• Hands-on Google Ads management experience with direct accountability for outcomes.
• Strong GA4, pixel implementation, enhanced and offline conversions, and attribution modeling skills.
• Proven experimentation practice with measurable results.
• Experience improving the ad-to-signup-to-paying customer journey, including landing page tests.
• Daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) to improve workflow.
• B2B SaaS or AI product experience and exposure to growth via product-led strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, and YouTube, including structure, keywords, audiences, budgets, and assets.
• Run weekly conversion experiments with landing pages and signup stakeholders, documenting hypotheses, results, and learnings.
• Own measurement and attribution, including GA4, enhanced conversions, offline conversion imports, conversion modeling, and server-side event optimization.
• Improve the full conversion path from ad engagement through signup to paying customer.
• Build reusable keyword, audience, and asset libraries and develop a documented playbook for scaling across markets.
• Report regularly on spend, customer acquisition cost, and pipeline contribution.
• Help strengthen performance standards across the broader paid acquisition program.
