Moniepoint Inc. is hiring a dedicated Google Acquisition Senior Manager to own the end-to-end Google performance channel across UAC, App Campaigns, Performance Max and Search for personal and business banking products.

This is a systems-thinking leadership role focused on strategy, architecture, and economics rather than pure execution. You will build scalable infrastructure, model LTV/CAC, govern budgets >$10M annually, and partner with engineering, data science, and finance to deliver

Qualifications

6+ years in paid acquisition with Google UAC at scale.
Deep technical knowledge of Google's campaign infrastructure.
Experience building and owning measurement stacks: Firebase, GA4, GTM.
Fluency in LTV/CAC modelling and budgeting decisions.
Fintech or financial services exposure.

Responsabilités

Design and own the full Google channel strategy across UAC, App Campaigns, Performance Max, and Search.
Build campaign structures for dual-product funnel across segments.
Set bidding, budgets, and testing cycles to reduce reliance on single signals.
Own end-to-end campaign performance from brief to launch to optimization.
Architect and own measurement stack: Firebase/GA4/GTM.
Lead conversions APIs and enhanced conversions integration.
Define attribution model and justify decisions.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate event data.
Establish governance and reporting cadence.
Adapt strategy to emerging markets and fintech context.
