Capital.com is seeking a UA Manager (PPC) to own paid acquisition performance across Asia and Australia markets. You will directly manage live campaigns, optimise budgets, and drive ROAS and CPA targets in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

The role emphasizes Google Ads mastery (Search, PMax, UAC, Display, YouTube) with optional paid social expansion. Fluency in English is required, and familiarity with regional regulatory constraints is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on PPC management, preferably in fintech or regulated services.
• Strong Google Ads expertise across Search, PMax, UAC, Display, and YouTube.
• Fluent English; Asia-region language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Asia and Australia markets.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and reallocations to hit ROAS and CPA targets.
• Run structured A/B tests and report outcomes with before/after insights.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and compliance teams.
• Liaise with platform reps on features, budgets, and escalations.
• Monitor iOS attribution and regulatory constraints during planning.
