Job summary

Moniepoint Group is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead data‑driven decisions across acquisition, activation, retention and revenue. You will own metrics, measurement, experimentation, and the analytics roadmap for a key business area, partnering with product, growth and engineering.

You will build and mentor a high‑performing analytics team, generate insights, conduct AB tests, and define growth KPIs (CAC, activation, retention, LTV) to boost conversion and monetisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Analytics and Analytics Management.
• 2+ years in a management role leading teams.
• Experience in a consumer-FMCG or fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a data analytics roadmap for a business area.
• Lead a high-performing analytics team and mentor staff.
• Generate actionable insights across product, operations, marketing and engineering.
• Own KPIs like CAC, activation, retention, LTV, and revenue per user.
• Design and run AB tests to improve conversion and monetisation.
