Job summary

Franke LLC is seeking a Senior Global Quality Systems & Methods Manager to elevate our quality culture across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will own the global Quality Management System, harmonize processes, and drive continuous improvement in a highly visible role spanning multiple regions.

The role demands hands-on QMS leadership, CAQ System proficiency, and a track record of cross-functional international initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in Quality Management Systems with hands-on experience with CAQ Factory Systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Certified auditor with experience managing integrated management system audits.

• Lead Our Global Quality Management System across all locations.
• Define and monitor quality standards, procedures, and KPIs globally.
• Harmonize quality methods and best practices (FMEA, 8D, DMS, RCA, CIP, Lean).
• Drive a Global Quality Culture and senior leadership reporting.
• Enable Quality 4.0 initiatives and digitalization across sites.
• Develop people through global training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Coordinate annual internal audit program and ISO compliance.

We are looking for a Senior Global Quality Systems & Methods Manager who will help us elevate our quality culture across our global operations footprint and drive consistency, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout our operations in Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

In this highly visible role, you will be the global owner of our Quality Management System (QMS), quality methodologies, and quality standards. You will bring teams together across regions, harmonize processes and best practices, and help create a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility.

• Lead Our Global Quality Management System
• Own, develop, improve, and govern the global Quality Management System across all Foodservice Systems manufacturing locations (Poland, China, Philippines, U.S. and Mexico).
• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and international quality requirements.
• Define and monitor quality standards, procedures, and key performance indicators globally.
• Report system performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.
• Drive a Global Quality Culture
• Champion a culture where quality, customer focus, and continuous improvement are deeply embedded in daily operations.
• Raise awareness of quality topics from leadership teams to shop floor employees.
• Act as a trusted advisor and partner for quality leaders across our global organization.
• Build engagement and alignment across functions, regions, and business units.
• Harmonize Methods and Best Practices
• Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of quality methods such as:FMEA,8D,Daily Management Systems (DMS),Root Cause Analysis,Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP),Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• Standardize processes and quality approaches across regions and sites.
• Enable Operational Excellence and Digitalization
• Drive Quality 4.0 initiatives and leverage digital technologies to improve quality and efficiency.
• Lead the global implementation and development of CAQ systems.
• Identify innovative solutions that help us become best-in-class in quality management.

• Coordinate and manage the annual internal audit program across all locations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and integrated management system requirements.
• Lead improvement initiatives based on audit findings and business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in Quality Management Systems with strong preference for hands‑on experience with the CAQ Factory Systems platform and Quality Assurance methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of:
