Job summary

Franke Group is seeking an Inventory Management Planner in Warsaw to optimize inventory levels for our product range. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues, learn our systems, and develop your technical and communication skills in an international environment.

The role requires experience in material planning, SAP MM/SD, and strong English. We offer hybrid work with two days in the Warsaw office and remote work up to 20 days per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end replenishment processes including PO, stock transfer, intercompany orders.
• Maintain MRP parameters.
• Perform inventory analyses and corrective actions.
• Daily contact with suppliers and intercompany customers.
• Support demand planning and forecasting processes.
• Support global material phase in and out processes.
• Support data analysis and root-cause investigations.

About The Job

As a Inventory Management Planner, you will play a key role in planning and ensuring optimal inventory levels for the assigned range of products.

You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues, learn about our products and systems, and continuously grow your technical and communication skills in a collaborative, international environment.

Your tasks

• Manage end-to end replenishment processes, including creation and maintenance of: purchase orders, stock transfer orders, intercompany sales orders, intercompany outbound deliveries and shipments
• Maintain material requirements planning (MRP) parameters
• Perform inventory analyses and take corrective and preventive actions
• Daily contact with external and intercompany suppliers and intercompany customers
• Verify and provide support to the demand planning and forecasting process
• Support global material phase in and out processes
• Support data and root cause analysis

Requirements

• General Supply Chain understanding
• Experience in material planning
• Higher degree in logistics/supply chain management or a related field - nice to have
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• SAP knowledge (MM, SD)
• Analytical skills and accuracy with high attention to detail and
• Proficiency in English
