Surfshark is seeking a strategic dealmaker for its Marketing Partnerships Team to build and manage high-impact affiliate and performance partnerships. You will lead outbound outreach, shape partner strategies, and negotiate agreements that drive customer acquisition and growth across markets.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns, analyze results, and stay ahead of industry trends with a global reach and flexible hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound outreach, business development, or affiliate partnership management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound outreach to identify and cultivate relationships with marketing partners, especially affiliates.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with marketing objectives and performance goals.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with clear deliverables.
• Collaborate with affiliates and partners to optimize campaigns and conversions.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Legal to implement initiatives.
• Monitor and report on partnership performance using key metrics for optimization.
• Stay informed on industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
