Job summary

State Street in Kraków is seeking a Client Service Manager (Officer) to provide high-quality client service and operational oversight for a key client, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and timely issue resolution.

You will support market infrastructure activities, SWIFT connectivity, onboarding, and change initiatives, and coordinate with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to deliver consistent service and strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Asset Servicing, Middle Office, Client Service, Custody, or Investment Operations.
• Experience in client servicing and stakeholder management.
• Experience with custodians, brokers, or institutional clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for the client, custodians, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client counterparts and external market participants.
• Act as an escalation point for operational issues, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and communication.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent service delivery and operational alignment.
• Support and oversee SWIFT testing, process enhancements, market changes, and client initiatives.
• Coordinate operational and client-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor operational risk and ensure adherence to internal controls, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and improve process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and client experience.
