Job summary

State Street Kraków is seeking a seasoned professional to drive end-to-end client service within the Alpha platform. You will act as a portfolio readiness SME, liaison with clients and internal teams, and contribute to ongoing process improvements in a hybrid, office-plus-home model.

The role emphasizes ownership, stakeholder management, and timely issue resolution, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong client relationships in a global bank environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business-related degree.
• 5+ years of financial services industry experience.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.
• Good English skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in client service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day deliverables and resolve discrepancies.
• Act as SME on Portfolio Readiness functions.
• Gather project information from client and internal meetings.
• Own tasks and drive accountability across the team.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to support service delivery.
• Review Operating Models, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Escalation contact for Client Middle Office on complex queries.
• Analyze current/proposed processes and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with global teams to sustain team spirit.
• Support holiday coverage and workload distribution.
• Adhere to procedures and corporate standards.
