Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken German.
• Communicative in English.
• Experience in working in financial environment would be an advantage, but is not required.
• Understanding of the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of financial instruments.
• Educated to a degree level (preferred).
• Experience with Client Service would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Process timely and accurately all event related activity as set out within operating procedures.
• Verify the work of other team members for quality and accuracy.
• Deliver effective client service.
• Effectively prioritize the workload and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Participate in departmental procedure review.
• Communicate effectively with internal State Street departments
• Work with first line Manager on process improvements
• Participate and complete assigned projects and departmental initiatives as required.
• Collaborate with other teams to discuss non-standard topics
