Job summary

State Street Kraków is seeking a Client Service Support Senior Specialist to bolster external and internal client interactions, ensuring timely processing of tasks and high service standards.

You will collaborate with relationship managers, leads, and internal teams to deliver accurate deliverables, resolve inquiries promptly, and participate in global technology adoption and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, custody, fund administration, middle office, or client service operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review deliverables in line with operational model and SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve client and relationship manager issues using internal systems.
• Act as first point of contact for client service-related issues.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to inquiries and keep managers informed of progress.
• Identify and report control gaps and support process improvements including AI initiatives.
