Job summary

Strada is seeking a Payroll Specialist to independently process payroll from end to end per defined standards and client requirements, while monitoring ticket queues with BI tools to ensure timely handling. You will use the hrX suite for payroll tasks and must understand payslips and payroll calendars.

Additionally, you will handle confidential information, produce standard and client reports, identify deviations, and support SOC1 controls and system maintenance testing.

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll end to end according to defined standards and client requirements.
• Ability to understand payslips and payroll calendars.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Experience producing payroll reports and responding to payroll-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Independently process payroll from end to end per defined standards and client requirements.
• Monitor ticket queues using BI tools to ensure timely handling of requests.
• Utilize hrX suite and related tools for payroll processing tasks.
• Review data for accuracy, validate against standards, and initiate corrections when needed.
• Provide clear knowledge transfers to peers and support RCA processes.
