EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer with 3+ years in data science, ML and NLP. You will design and implement advanced AI models, leveraging LangChain, LangGraph and agentic AI. The role emphasizes scalable delivery on cloud platforms and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You should be proficient in Python and ML frameworks, familiar with MLOps, and capable of translating business needs into technical AI solutions. This is a full-time on-site position in Katowice, Poland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science and AI.
• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) including Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-Learn).
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel or similar frameworks.
• Strong NLP understanding (tokenization, embeddings).
• Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP.
