Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an AI development engineer to translate business ideas into scalable AI/ML solutions. You will work with Python and ML libraries, deploy AI models, and ensure best practices across cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.

The role emphasizes collaboration and continuous learning within EY's global delivery services network. You will monitor AI trends, evaluate models, and contribute to the design of robust AI platforms, embracing data-driven decision making and scalable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI development.
• Strong Python programming skills with ML libraries.
• Experience with AI models and development.
• Cloud computing proficiency (Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• REST API integration experience.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on deep learning experience (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Familiar with ML deployment and MLOps concepts.
• Interest in business challenges and quantitative reasoning.
• Solid skills in linear algebra, probability and statistics.

Responsibilities

• AI application development translating ideas into IT plans and architectures.
• Monitor technology trends and perform R&D in AI/ML.
• Ensure modern AI/Gen AI best practices are applied.
• Develop, validate and deploy AI models.
• Establish and maintain development standards and best practices.
• Analyze ML algorithms and rank by probability of success.
• Share knowledge on ML engineering best practices with the team.
