Job summary

EY GDS Poland seeks an AI Developer to translate business ideas into concrete AI software and platforms. You will design models, develop APIs, and apply Gen AI best practices while collaborating with technologists across EY’s global network.

Applicants should have 3+ years in AI development, strong Python skills, and experience with cloud, ML libraries, and SAP/Databricks ecosystems. Hybrid in Poland with in-office days and remote work options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI development.
• Strong programming skills with Python and ML libraries.
• Experience with AI models and development.
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS) and container orchestration.
• Hands-on REST API integration and databases knowledge.
• Deep Learning experience with TF/PyTorch/Scikit-learn/xgboost.

Responsibilities

• AI application development translating ideas into IT plans and code.
• Monitor trends and conduct R&D in AI/ML areas.
• Apply modern AI/Gen AI best practices in projects.
• Develop, validate and deploy AI models.
• Set and maintain development standards and practices.
• Evaluate ML algorithms and rank by success probability.
• Share ML engineering best practices with the team.
