Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an AI Architect in Katowice with at least 5 years of experience in AI, ML, data science, and solution architecture. The role focuses on designing, governing, and leading enterprise AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, MLOps, and cloud services.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to define AI strategies, architect scalable platforms, and ensure governance and security by design.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, ML, Data Science, or Solution Architecture.
• Proven experience designing enterprise AI solutions and AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of ML, DL, Generative AI, and LLMs.
• Experience architecting end-to-end AI solutions from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python; familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face.
• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms and cloud-native AI services.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, integration, and data quality.
• Experience designing scalable and secure AI architectures following enterprise standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and lead enterprise AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and tech teams to define AI strategies.
• Architect scalable AI platforms and deliver innovative solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, MLOps and cloud tech.
• Translate complex business problems into robust AI architectures and governance frameworks.
• Drive MLOps, LLMOps, and DevOps practices including CI/CD and model lifecycle management.
