Randstad Polska Sp. z oo is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant focusing on onboarding and migrations for private equity and credit vehicles in Wrocław. You will bridge fund accounting with project execution, handling complex fund structures and NAV setups while collaborating with international teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of fund accounting, fund administration, or financial asset servicing.
• Experience with NAV calculations, investment fund structures, and financial instruments.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding, activation, and migration workstreams to ensure operational readiness.
• Review and validate fund accounting deliverables, including data and NAV production outputs.
• Configure fund structures in core accounting platforms and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with Fund Accounting, Custody, Transfer Agency, and Technology teams.
• Monitor timelines, identify risks, and resolve complex queries; support junior members.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation to enhance data quality.
