Job summary

You will lead onboarding, activation, and migration workstreams, validate NAV outputs, and coordinate with Fund Accounting, Custody, Transfer Agency, and Technology to hit milestones.

This role requires 4+ years in fund accounting or asset servicing, fluent English, strong Excel, and a mindset for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in fund accounting, fund administration, or asset servicing.
• Knowledge of investment fund structures and NAV calculation methods.
• Advanced Excel skills for large financial data analysis.
• Fluent English for daily cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, activation, and migration workstreams to ensure BAU readiness.
• Review fund accounting deliverables, including static data and first NAV outputs.
• Configure fund structures in core accounting platforms and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with Fund Accounting, Custody, Transfer Agency, and Technology teams.
• Act as operational contact, monitor timelines, and resolve complex queries.
• Maintain strong control through reconciliations and risk standards.
• Mentor junior team members and support process improvements.
