Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack (Repayments UX). This remote Poland role focuses on delivering scalable, reliable user journeys for repayments UX with a strong emphasis on ownership and collaboration across product, design, and analytics.

You will work with a Europe-based, time-zone aligned team to ship impactful features. You will design and implement backend services in Python or Kotlin and build frontend components with React/React Native or Vue, while

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and architecting mobile apps.
• Experience shipping web apps with React or Vue.
• Backend design and launch using Python or Kotlin.
• Ownership mindset; strong, proactive problem solver.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Ability to plan delivery of major features with simple design.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals, lead engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics in ideation and constraints.

• Monitor metrics and support on-call efforts to keep services running.
• Set and improve code review and design standards across the team.
