Qualifications

• Eight-plus years of software engineering experience.
• Backend systems design, development and scalability.
• Experience with data-processing or batch/observability workflows is a plus.

• Set technical strategy for your team on a yearly horizon.
• Drive cross-team initiatives to improve recovery platform reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics to ensure sustainability and managed risks.
• Advocate for technical solutions and champion operational processes.
• Own team operations, monitoring, on-call readiness, and incident response playbooks.
• Set and uphold code review and design standards across teams.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to talent development.
