Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Own selected reporting processes (e.g. RISK / Forecast) and improve them.
  • Ensure stability, accuracy and timeliness of recurring reports.
  • Perform revenue and variance analysis to support decisions.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for automation.
  • Design and implement improvements in reporting tools and data flows.
  • Drive automation initiatives with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL-based solutions.
  • Troubleshoot data, system and reporting issues.
  • Maintain process documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • Own month-end data validation and data quality.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders to improve outputs.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members when applicable.
  • Deliver complex ad-hoc analyses and reporting.

Senior FP&A Reporting and Automation Analyst
Overview / Description

This role works closely with Finance teams to deliver reporting and drive improvements across financial processes, with a strong focus on data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and automation.

The analyst is responsible not only for delivering reports, but also for optimizing reporting processes, automating data flows, and ensuring stability of key finance cycles.

The role combines financial analysis, reporting, and automation ownership, supporting decision making and improving efficiency across finance processes (including RISK / forecasting cycles).

Responsibilities
  • Own selected reporting processes (e.g. RISK / Forecast), including execution, monitoring, and improvement
  • Ensure stability, accuracy, and timeliness of recurring reports (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly)
  • Perform revenue and variance analysis to support decision making
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation
  • Design and implement improvements in reporting tools and data flows
  • Drive automation initiatives (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, SQL-based solutions)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data, system, and reporting issues
  • Ensure proper process documentation and knowledge transfer (backup readiness)
  • Own month‑end data validation and ensure data quality
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve reporting outputs
  • Provide guidance to junior team members (if applicable)
  • Deliver complex ad‑hoc analyses and reporting
