Job summary

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
  • Experience in FP&A, reporting or finance operations.
  • Fluent English (C1).
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Support reporting processes (e.g. RISK / Forecast) and monitor execution.
  • Ensure timely, accurate delivery of recurring reports (daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly).
  • Perform revenue and variance analysis.
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for automation.
  • Develop and enhance reporting tools and data flows.
  • Support automation initiatives (Power BI, Power Automate, SQL-based).
  • Troubleshoot data, system, and reporting issues.
  • Maintain process documentation and support knowledge sharing.
  • Support month-end data validation and data quality.
  • Gather business and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders with guidance from manager.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reports.

FP&A Reporting and Automation Analyst

Overview / Description

This role supports Finance teams in delivering reporting and maintaining core financial processes, with a focus on data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and automation.

The analyst is responsible for preparing reports, supporting reporting processes, and helping automate and improve data flows and tools.

The role combines financial analysis, reporting, and automation support, ensuring smooth execution of key finance processes (including RISK / forecasting cycles).

Responsibilities
  • Support reporting processes (e.g. RISK / Forecast), including execution and monitoring
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of recurring reports (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly)
  • Perform revenue and variance analysis
  • Support identification of process gaps and opportunities for automation
  • Assist in development and enhancement of reporting tools and data flows
  • Support automation initiatives (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, SQL-based solutions)
  • Support troubleshooting of data, system, and reporting issues
  • Maintain and update process documentation; support knowledge sharing and backup readiness
  • Support month‑end data validation and ensure data quality
  • Assist in gathering business and reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders with guidance from manager/senior team members
  • Deliver ad‑hoc analyses and reports
