Job summary

Jobtailor, based in Warsaw, seeks an FP&A Analyst to prepare financial reports and dashboards, consolidate data from multiple regions, and support variance analysis.

You will assist budgeting and forecasting, maintain planning data, and drive process improvements across reporting tools and processes.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or comparable training/professional experience in FP&A or Controlling
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a similar finance support role
• Proficiency in data analysis and FP&A reporting requirements
• Excellent English communication skills with stakeholders and end users
• Solid understanding of financial planning and reporting processes
