Job summary

Olympus Corporation in Warsaw, Poland, seeks an experienced FP&A professional to support global corporate FP&A projects and processes within a multinational finance organization. You will contribute to shaping the future operating model and design a global reporting landscape focused on product mix, margin transparency, and profitability.

Collaborating with Finance Business Partners, Advanced Analytics, SCM, Tax, and other global functions, you will co-lead transformation initiatives,

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Controlling, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of FP&A, finance, or corporate controlling in an international setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage complex datasets and ambiguous questions.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Hyperion or similar financial systems (preferred).
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional, international teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribution to Corporate FP&A Projects & Processes within a global finance organization.
• Support the Global Director in shaping the future operating model and strategic finance initiatives
• Design and development of a new global reporting landscape with focus on product mix, margin transparency, and profitability
• Collaboration with Finance Business Partners, Advanced Analytics, SCM, Tax, and other global functions
• Co‑leadership of transformation initiatives, including IBP planning improvements, tool implementation, and regional harmonization
• Execution of monthly and quarterly performance analyses with focus on trends, forecasting, and value creation opportunities
• Development of advanced data‑driven analytics in product, pricing, and sales performance areas
• Driving of data exploration, hypothesis testing, and innovative solution design for complex business challenges
• Support for controlling process transformation aligned with the Global Finance Target Operating Model
• Acting as communication partner for regional stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and consistency

Your Qualifications

University degree in Economics, Finance, Controlling, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Professional experience of 5+ years in FP&A, finance, or corporate controlling within an international environment
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage complex datasets and ambiguous business questions
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Power BI or comparable analytics and visualization tools
• Familiarity with financial systems such as Hyperion or similar platforms (preferred)
• Hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset with strong ownership attitude
• High curiosity and motivation to challenge existing approaches and drive continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) with ability to present complex topics clearly
• Strong collaboration skills in cross‑functional, international, and diverse teams
