Job summary

Customs Support Group (CSG) is seeking an FP&A Analyst based in Poland to join the Group Finance team and report to the FP&A Manager in Rotterdam. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial projects across countries to drive performance and efficiency.

The successful candidate will bring 3–6+ years of FP&A experience, a strong analytical mindset, and fluency in English, with hands-on work across data, BI tools, and ERP systems in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of FP&A experience in a multinational company or consultancy.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Power BI or planning software is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
• Enjoys working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

• Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecast process.
• Develop long-term financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct scenario analyses and risk assessments to anticipate financial impacts.
• Analyse financial reports, cost structures and key business drivers.
• Provide data-driven insights to support commercial strategies.
• Monitor key financial KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget) with actionable recommendations.
• Drive margin improvement initiatives by enhancing productivity and optimising services.
• Participate in cost reduction and EBITDA improvement projects.
• Identify and follow up on cost optimisation opportunities.
• Support in data gathering, analysis and re-negotiation / tender processes.

As an FP&A Analyst, you will be located in Poland, be part of the Group Finance team, report to the FP&A Manager in Rotterdam, and work closely with stakeholders across various countries to drive business performance.
