Job summary

AON in Kraków seeks a Senior FP&A Reporting and Automation Analyst to drive reporting improvements, automate data flows, and ensure accuracy across finance cycles. You will own end-to-end processes, perform variance analysis, and lead automation initiatives with Power BI and SQL-based tools.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to deliver complex analyses while maintaining high data quality across RISK and forecasting cycles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• Several years of FP&A, reporting or finance operations experience.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Strong ownership and accountability mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own selected reporting processes (e.g. RISK / Forecast) and improve them.
• Ensure stability, accuracy and timeliness of recurring reports.
• Perform revenue and variance analysis to support decisions.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for automation.
• Design and implement improvements in reporting tools and data flows.
• Drive automation initiatives with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL-based solutions.
• Troubleshoot data, system and reporting issues.
• Maintain process documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Own month-end data validation and data quality.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders to improve outputs.
• Provide guidance to junior team members when applicable.
• Deliver complex ad-hoc analyses and reporting.
