Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experience Program Manager in Poland to lead complex, multi-project initiatives within banking/fintech, delivering secure, scalable digital finance solutions. You will drive governance, roadmaps, budgets, and KPIs while coordinating across engineering, QA, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.

You will report to senior executives, balance risk and innovation, and uphold regulatory obligations in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years in project or program management with at least 5 years in banking/fintech.
Proven success managing complex multi-project programs with regulatory needs.
Strong governance, PMO, delivery frameworks, and portfolio management knowledge.
Certifications in PRINCE2, PMI PgMP, or SAFe Portfolio Management.
Experience with SAFe/LeSS/DAD and hybrid delivery approaches.
Deep knowledge of financial services regulations (PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, SOC 2, ISO 27001, SAMA).
Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud transformations.
Understanding of microservices, APIs, and DevSecOps.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and executive communication skills.
Analytical, strategic, and able to balance business value with risk.

Responsibilities

Define and oversee program governance structures (RACI, steering committees, reporting).
Align multi-project portfolios with strategy and measurable business value.
Develop roadmaps, budgets, milestones, resources and KPIs.
Oversee concurrent projects with coordination across timelines and priorities.
Lead and mentor project managers and cross-functional leads (engineering, QA, security, compliance).
Establish best practices for program execution, agile delivery and accountability.
Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, SOC 2, ISO 27001, SAMA.
Identify and mitigate program risks and inter-project dependencies.
Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks and outcomes.
Foster governance, collaboration and continuous improvement across distributed teams.
Partner with C-levels to balance innovation with regulatory obligations.
Monitor performance and optimize delivery processes across programs.
Coordinate cloud, microservices, APIs and DevSecOps initiatives.
