Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement to lead strategic initiatives and drive organizational impact. You will oversee projects end-to-end, align with priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes while collaborating with senior leaders and external partners.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and executive-style decision support within a hybrid delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of overall business experience, including 3–4 years leading projects or change initiatives.
• Post-secondary education in Project Management or related discipline preferred.
• Certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Strong expertise in full project lifecycle planning, execution, and close-out.
• Experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives across the full lifecycle.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to establish requirements.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with escalation options.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to align deliverables.
• Prepare executive updates, risk assessments, and decision materials.
• Support backlog management, roadmap planning, and sprint planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including communications, marketing, and partnerships.
• Strengthen governance processes and project management maturity.
• Coach stakeholders and teams on effective project delivery practices.
